We are looking for aFinancial Manager to join our Catering Division at Tsebo. This role is pivotal in providing a robust finance structure, driving accurate financial planning, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards. You will lead a team of finance professionals and partner with operations to support sustainable growth.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, including cash flow forecasts, management accounts, and budgets.
  • Maintain a strong control environment aligned with Tsebo Group policies.
  • Manage working capital effectively to meet budgeted targets.
  • Provide commercial support on contract profitability, variance analysis, and ad hoc projects.
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes for the division.
  • Coordinate year-end audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead finance systems implementation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop the Catering Finance Team to achieve high performance.
Skills and Competencies
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to construct budgets, forecasts, and month-end reports.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and data analysis tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management; CA (SA) required.
  • 5–8 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (D365, Hyperion, QlikView) and advanced Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
