Durban based client seeks a Trade Marketing Manager who is able to build channel expertise based on shopper insights, market data and sell out data from customers with the following requirements:

·      Build channel expertise based on shopper insights, market data and sell out data from customers

·      Ensure that TM activity calendar, planning and timing are such that sales force capacity and capability are efficiently utilised

·      Develop and deploy 4P execution strategies across Brand segments and customers

·      Provide sales team with tools and support material to drive brilliant execution

·      Lead end to end business plan process. Drive the planning process within timelines to gain ownership

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management

3-5 years of Trade Marketing or Category management experience

Strong understanding of market and shopper insights and research

Basic understanding of Profit & loss statement

Ability to work and manage relationships with external stakeholders
