Role Overview:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Financial Administrator to join the Head Office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance department by managing day-to-day financial administration, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documents.

  • Capture and reconcile invoices, statements, and bank transactions.

  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end reports.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and document control.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and administrative procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
