Booking Consultants

You'll manage hotel reservations across global destinations, work with our travel partners, and deliver the kind of exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process booking requests, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
  • Research and recommend accommodation options aligned with client profiles and preferences.
  • Communicate professionally with travel agents, suppliers, and clients to resolve queries or special requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date booking, financial, and client information in company systems.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term client and supplier relationships through proactive, personalized service.
  • Negotiate rates or special conditions where applicable and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Follow company procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and support the wider team as needed.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of global hotel markets, room categories, and rate structures (net/gross, dynamic pricing) would be highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency with supplier extranets, booking systems, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple reservations simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; other languages an advantage).
  • Sound understanding of hotel policies, availability management, and currency impacts.
  • Professional, solutions-oriented approach with integrity, reliability, and accountability.
