Location Country Hills Golf Club Posted Deadline Job Summary Country Hills Golf Club is seeking an Associate Golf Professional who values teamwork, professionalism, and creating memorable experiences for members and guests. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day success of the Golf Operations team and the ongoing enhancement of our member experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional member experience through friendly, professional service in all golf operations areas
  • Oversee daily tee sheet management, pace of play, and member communications
  • Support member events, leagues, and tournaments.
  • Provide high-quality instruction and coaching for players of all skill levels in our Golf Academy. Includes private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs
  • Assist with retail operations, including merchandising, sales, inventory control, and club fitting
  • Maintain a professional and organized golf shop environment that reflects the Country Hills brand
  • Supervise, train, and motivate seasonal member service team
  • Ensure consistency in the presentation and operation of golf services areas (range, carts, bag storage, etc.)
  • Actively engage with members on the golf course to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Support club communication initiatives by contributing content and updates to member newsletters or golf operations bulletins
  • Contribute to the planning and continuous improvement of golf operations processes and member programming
  • Represent Country Hills Golf Club with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

  • PGA of Canada Member in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a private or semi-private golf operation (preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Passion for teaching and player development, with proven coaching experience
  • Demonstrated event management experience and attention to operational detail
  • Proficient with Golf Genius, ForeTees, and Northstar POS system. (preferred)
  • Knowledge of club fitting and current golf equipment technology
  • Skilled in retail merchandising and sales presentation
  • Ability to lead by example, mentor seasonal staff, and foster a positive team culture
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and strong member-focused mindset
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth within the golf industry

Compensation $5,200 - $5,700 per Month (Year Round) Benefits/Perks
