Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Grill Cook located in Midrand. The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to order, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Other daily responsibilities include adhering to food safety standards, managing grill station operations, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service to customers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with the ability to handle a variety of menu items efficiently and accurately
• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations to ensure excellent product quality and presentation
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional dining experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Understanding and adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
