Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Data Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical expertise, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. This role requires both technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Present findings and insights to business leaders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Work closely with IT, finance, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis requests to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.
  • Monitor data quality and develop strategies to improve data integrity.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
