Job Summary:

As a Sales Admin and Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring seamless logistics. If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders, quotations, and contracts

  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closures

  • Maintain accurate records and databases

  • Receive, store, and dispatch products efficiently

  • Manage inventory levels, tracking stock movements and discrepancies

  • Provide administrative support

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements:

-FLUENT in English and Afrikaans

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or warehouse operations

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics

  • Ability to lift moderate weights and work in a warehouse environment (if applicable)

-Valid driver's license
