We are a fast-growing instant hot water company.

We are looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated sales closer who can work independently and take ownership of results.

This role is performance-based and requires someone who enjoys closing, hitting targets, and managing leads with discipline.

This is not a receptionist or customer service position.

This is sales.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and in store customers
  • Send product information and quotes
  • Book installations and confirm delivery details
  • Track and meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Well-spoken, confident communicator (phone + in person)
  • Must speak or understand Afrikaans & English
  • Matric required
  • Computer literate
  • Call centre / telesales experience
  • Self-motivated, able to work without supervision
  • Punctual, reliable, and consistent
  • Must be able to work with daily targets and performance tracking
  • Must be trustworthy

R5000 basic + uncapped commission + incentives
