About the Position

The Business Development Representative (UAE Market) plays a key role in driving new partnerships within the UAE, particularly in Dubai's fast-moving real estate environment.
This position requires someone who understands the dynamics of the UAE property and investment market, including developer networks, landlord expectations, and high-value acquisition behaviour.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities with UAE landlords, investors, developers, and property groups.
  • Engage Dubai-based brokers, investment networks, and new development communities.
  • Conduct targeted outreach focused on value-based conversations with high-potential partners.
  • Build commercial relationships that align with UAE property trends and investor priorities.
  • Qualify potential partners, assessing portfolio viability and long-term value.
  • Develop awareness of emerging Dubai projects, investor movements, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain structured pipeline tracking through the CRM.
  • Reach and exceed activity and pipeline creation expectations on a monthly basis.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Work Experience

  • 2–3 years' experience in Business Development or Property Partnerships.
  • Prior experience working within the UAE or Dubai property-related market is a plus.
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence dealing with investor-focused conversations.
  • High capability in outreach, qualification, and relationship building.
  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage a structured pipeline.

Working Days and Hours

Monday to Friday
09:00 to 18:00 (UAE Time)
Location: In Office — Cape Town, South Africa
Schedule: Full-Time
