Key Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in fun and educational activities.Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, bathing, and homework help.Promote a safe and positive environment for the children.Coordinate and participate in playdates and outings.Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s progress and activities.Encourage development through creative play and educational games.Assist in household tasks related to the children's care.Adapt to the family's needs and schedules flexibly.Provide occasional overnight care as required.Help children with school projects and extracurricular activities. Qualifications and Skills Experience in childcare or a related field is preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Genuine love for children and a nurturing attitude.Ability to plan and engage in recreational and educational activities.First aid and CPR certification is a plus.Flexibility in adapting to family routines and schedules.High school diploma or equivalent; further education in early childhood development is advantageous.Must be able to commit for a specified period.Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.Valid driver's license is a plus.
