Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge and practical experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounting function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting property management operations. Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)Completed SAICA ArticlesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft ExcelStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlinesSouth African citizen or holder of valid South African work permit Key Responsibilities Manage full accounting functions, including journals, reconciliations, and month-end processesPrepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standardsProcess and reconcile property-related transactions and accountsAssist with budgets, forecasts, and financial analysisMaintain accurate records and support audit preparationLiaise with clients, tenants, and suppliers regarding financial mattersEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsSupport property management operations with financial insights and reporting Advantages (Not Essential) Experience within the property management or real estate sectorWorking knowledge of property management systems such as MRI or MDA Remuneration Market-related salary between R25,000 to R35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience Application Requirements Interested candidates should submit the following: A comprehensive CVCertified copies of all qualifications and IDThree contactable work references How to Apply Apply via the attached link , alternatively, please email your complete application package to admin@jobs2day.co.za with the subject line Accountant [Your Name].
