Accounting Clerk / Finance Assistant Permanent Position (Humansdorp) An exciting opportunity exists for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Finance Assistant to join our clients finance team in Humansdorp on a permanent basis. This role focuses primarily on processing and administrative accounting tasks, providing vital support to the broader finance department. Key Responsibilities: Capture and process invoices, payments, and journal entries.Reconcile creditors and debtors accounts.Assist with bank reconciliations and daily cashbook processing.Maintain accurate and organized financial records.Support month-end and year-end procedures.Assist the Finance team with general administrative and accounting duties as required. Requirements: Matric with a Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification (advantageous).13 years experience in a finance or accounting support role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage, or similar).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing.Good communication and teamwork skills.
