The Role: FP&A Analyst This is a high-impact opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to launch their FP&A career within a globally integrated finance function. As FP&A Analyst, you'll gain hands-on exposure to multi-currency reporting, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborate directly with business leaders. The role has a clear progression path to Senior FP&A Analyst within 12-18 months, offering long-term career growth and learning in a dynamic, mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities 1-3 years of experience in finance or FP&A functions requiredLead budgeting and forecasting processes across the groupSupport board pack preparation and management reportingMaintain and manage Power BI dashboards for business insightsDevelop financial models across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheetConduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisionsIdentify and implement reporting process improvements and automationPartner with non-finance and commercial teams to explain financials and influence decisions About You 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or financial rolesNewly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA(SA), CPA or equivalent)Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisStrong knowledge of financial statements and Excel modellingExperience using Power BI or other BI toolsExcellent written and verbal communication,  able to present to senior leadershipConfident working with international businesses and stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a drive for automation and process improvementBased in Cape Town, available on short notice, and comfortable working UK hours (no accent requirement)
