Seeking a hands-on professional who will keep our plant running at peak performance. You'll play a key role in maintaining equipment, preventing breakdowns, and ensuring we deliver on our production goals. If you possess the technical skills, a hunger to learn, and the agility to adapt, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipmentRepair, install, fit, and align machinery and structural componentsConduct regular inspections and maintain equipment to the highest standardsRead and interpret engineering and technical drawingsApply safe welding practices (MIG, TIG, Arc advantageous)Assist with general maintenance and collaborate with your teamWork independently to solve technical problems under pressureAlways prioritize safety first in everything you do What Were Looking For Trade Test: Fitter with N3 Mechanical Engineering or MatricAt least 5 years of experience in plant maintenance within manufacturingElectrical and PLC knowledge (advantageous)Welding skills/qualification (advantageous)Strong understanding of maintenance systems and technical drawingsExcellent problem-solving, planning, and coordination skillsPhysically fit and comfortable with working at heights and in confined spacesFlexible with shift work, weekends, public holidays, and standbyOwn reliable transport & a valid driver's licenseA true team player with a "get it done" attitude Why Join Us?
