We’re on the lookout for energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Outbound Telesales Consultants to join our expanding day sales team. We are a busy and thriving training company and you’ll be working with warm leads across the SA market — customers who have enquired about our courses and want info right now to customers who’ve previously purchased from us but haven’t been active in a while. Your mission? Reignite their interest, rebuild relationships, and drive sales by offering real value — no robotic scripts, just real conversations.
**What We’re Looking For**- Proven track record of outbound phone-based sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable selling without a script and handling objections with confidence
- First rate communications skills and a confident phone presence - other languages are a bonus
- Motivated, resilient, and coachable — especially when the day gets tough.
- Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make high-volume outbound calls to existing SA-based customers who’ve previously engaged with our brand.
- Understand customer needs through active listening and recommend the right training solution
- Own your pipeline — manage accounts, track activity, and spot opportunities to grow revenue.
- Hit and exceed personal and team-based sales targets.
