The Training and Development Facilitator/Assessor will coordinate and deliver compliance training as per unit standards.

**_Duties & Responsibilities_**

Organise, schedule and implement training programs to meet specific training needs.

Communicate training schedules with Department Managers/Supervisors.

Printing and preparation of training aids such as manuals/registers/handbooks etc.

Conduct training and assess.

Ensure quality training and assessment outcome.

Assist with the development of new training material, update existing training material and programs.

Ensure alignment with SETA requirements.

Maintain applicable procedures for processes in area of responsibility.

Track and report on training outcomes.

Maintain employee training records.

General administration duties.

Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.

Assist with auditing and reporting when required.

Conduct Toolbox Talks with workforce

**_Desired Experience & Qualification_**

Grade 12 / Matric

At least two years experience as a Trainer/Facilitator (essential)

At least two years experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)

Qualified Facilitate Learning (US-69954 / US-117871)

Qualified Outcomes Based Assessor (US-68512)

Operate counter balance lift truck F1 / F4 - US242974

Pendant Controlled Overhead crane C30 - US16235

Perform Basic rigging procedures - US14706

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
