**Job Description**:

- Mainly - build strong long-term client relationships
- Work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service
- “Upsell” Company services
- Meet personal/team sales targets
- Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
- Client complaint management
- Remain up to date with company services and service knowledge

**Qualifications**:
What skills and experience are we looking for?

- 2-3 Years’ experience in customer service and sales
- Very strong admin skills
- Understand MS Outlook

Additional Information
**The deal**:
This is a senior Consultant Position where you will be able to prove yourself. The package consists of a basic of R7000 plus commission - the average package is R17 000 - R19 000 per month depending on the commissions earned.
