Purpose

This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and a passion for data-driven marketing in a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
- Assist in the creation of graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media, presentations, advertisements, and branding assets.
- Support senior designers with project tasks and follow established design guidelines.
- Edit and retouch images as needed for marketing and sales collateral.
- Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare final art files for production, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and on-brand.
- Participate in design reviews and respond to feedback constructively

Required Skills and Experience:
**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image editing, illustration, and vector design.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for layouts and print design.
- Familiarity with basic animation or video tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Comfortable preparing files for web and print
- Comfortable with PowerPoint design
- Canva design

**Other Requirements**
- Portfolio showcasing your design work, especially using Adobe tools
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques

**Qualifications**

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
