**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Longevity Hub Manager to lead our team and operations. This senior role is critical to the success of our business and is suited for an experienced individual with a strong background in managing teams within the health and wellness industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the hub, fostering a positive team culture, and driving the growth of the business.

As the Longevity Hub Manager, you will be the face of Expand Health, inspiring both our clients and team while ensuring the highest level of service and operational excellence.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Team Leadership:
- Oversee and manage the entire hub team, fostering a cohesive, high-performing culture aligned with Expand Health’s values.
- Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance management for staff.
- Client Experience:
- Lead the entire Expand Hub team in ensuring every client enjoys a premium, seamless experience from initial booking to treatment to follow-up and referral
- Build relationships with clients, helping them understand and navigate our services.
- Operational Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and maintaining service excellence.
- Oversee the hub’s Point-of-Sale (POS) and appointment software to ensure smooth client journeys.
- Monitor facility upkeep and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Actively promote services and memberships to new and existing clients.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist with implementing marketing strategies to increase footfall and service uptake.
- Knowledge and Communication:
- Stay informed about Expand Health’s treatments and modalities, communicating their benefits clearly to clients and the team.
- Represent Expand Health in a professional, inspiring manner at all times.

**About You**
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing teams in a health, wellness, or hospitality environment.
- Passionate about health and wellness, with an understanding of the industry and a client-centric approach.
- A natural leader who thrives on building strong teams and delivering results.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to drive sales, meet KPIs, and contribute to business growth.
- Proficient in using scheduling and POS systems, with familiarity in tools like Google Workspace and Slack being a bonus.
