Join our client's head office's elite medical team, dedicated to providing real-time global clinical support for the organisation’s operations. This role includes hands-on involvement in medevac and air ambulance services as a Flight Doctor, and offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and strategic planning in delivering high-quality medical services aligned with their business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Clinical Governance:

- Conduct clinical interviews and record findings.
- Induct, train, and mentor medical and support staff.
- Set and supervise global medical operations standards.
- Collaborate in project planning to ensure service quality.
- Audit medical services at remote sites.
- Compile and review monthly reports, addressing issues promptly.
- Update clinical protocols and participate in training needs analysis.
- Develop and enforce compliance with medical standards and legislation.
- Foster health promotion and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with project managers for client-specific requirements.
- Engage in quality assurance and risk management activities.
- Assist in preparing competitive bids and maintain client relationships.
- Advocate for continuous service improvement.
- Generate regular reports for the CEO and board.

Topside Support:

- Provide 24-hour on-call support for remote sites.
- Review Topside case reports.
- Coordinate medevac operations and provide telemedicine services.

Flight Doctor:

- Ensure optimal patient care plans during air ambulance missions.
- Maintain communication with patients, staff, and clients.
- Collaborate with flight desk operations for mission coordination.
- Participate in quality assurance for air ambulance services.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Medical degree with specialisation in Emergency Medicine, Anaesthesia, or Intensive Care.
- Registration with a European Medical Council.
- 7+ years in an acute care setting and 2+ years in remote or assistance environments.
- Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PHTLS, PALS, Airway Management, Aeromedical.
- 3+ years in managerial roles.
- Proficiency in writing board-level reports in English.
- Project management experience.

Job Requirements:

- Flexibility for on-call duties, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
