Assuming all administrative responsibilities for the Technical department. Drafting of SLAs, Maintenance agreements, capturing time sheets, creating sales order and managing the process up to invoicing, managing a current age analysis, quotations, travel arrangements for the technical team, supervision of visas, etc.
- Opening sales order for payable and warrantable work to be completed, as well as GRV all orders.
- Invoicing of all payable jobs as well as purchase orders.
- Capturing time sheets for Technical team as well as Durban
- Opening sales order for payable and warrantable work for the Technical team as well as Durban
- GRV and doing finalizing of all jobs timeously
- Generating all Quotations to suppliers.
- Managing air and ground arrangements for regional and local travelling for the entire service department
- Minimum of 4 years related experience

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
