**Inbound Sales Representative**

**Job Overview**:As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services. Your primary goal is to understand their needs, address their inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process. You will play a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers, contributing to the company's overall sales objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

- Assist customers in completing purchase transactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the sale and address any post-purchase concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
