Head of Finance

We’re seeking an operational, entrepreneurial, and commercial minded **Head of Finance**
interested in joining an established, and growing niche clothing manufacturer, in **Bellville, Western Cape**. The company has a family business feel, and they need an experienced and commercially astute individual that is strong on costing and manufacture.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Produce timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including AFS.
- Manage, and lead finance function, and be strong support to CEO.
- Manage and oversee cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory levels.
- Enhance, and contribute to, manufacture process; and costings.
- Annual budgeting, oversee monthly payroll, insurance, and ensure statutory compliance (VAT; PAYE etc).
**Desired Qualifications, Experience and Attributes**
- CA(SA); CGMA; AGA(SA) or Degreed in Cost and Management Accounting.
- Minimum 10 years commercial experience, in a manufacturing, or similar, environment.
- Commercial; entrepreneurial and operational in mindset. You will be involved in all areas of the business.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
**CTC range**
- R840,000 - R1,080,000 per annum very dependent on experience and qualifications.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R840,000.00 - R1,080,000.00 per year
