A large holding company is looking to employ an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join their team for a 12 months internship.

Key Job Functions
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of the marketing and PR initiatives
- Assist in driving the ongoing development and management of the website and social media strategy
- Assist in driving internal communication strategy
- Assist in the management of the marketing budget
- Supporting the management of social channels, websites, campaigns, and content plans
- Support the Marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Daily Mintel and desktop research on newness locally and globally
- Extracting reports from In-house data platforms
- Assist with event campaigns and initiatives
- Manage the marketing collateral (print collateral) requirements
- Assist with brand marketing requirements
- Assist in NDP and Brand plans
- Assist in creating briefing documents across various channels and functions
- Support and Initiate innovation through market intelligence locally and globally keeping abreast of trends
- Trade visits with feedback and key insights
- Manage operational communication
- Develop an intimate knowledge of consumers' attitudes and behaviors
- Any other related tasks to support the Marketing team

Knowledge and Experience Required
- Tertiary qualification, BCom Marketing/Brand Management/PR
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Social Media Savvy
- Copywriting skills advantageous
- Graphic design principles and knowledge of the programs: Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign etc. advantageous
- Analytics, SEO and AdWords experience Advantageous
- Experience or knowledge of CRM, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Zoom, and other multimedia

platforms
