MAIN DUTIES:

- Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, manage stock
- Build productive relationships with customers by providing advise and selling to customers in the showroom

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have a very good knowledge of curtaining
- Must be social media savvy
- At least 5 years sales experience in a furniture retail environment
- An interior design qualification will be an advantage
- Experience of coordinating the operational aspects of a furniture & decor store is essential
- Good administration & PC/systems skills
- Very reliable, energetic and sales driven
- Own reliable transport

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

- Good telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good presentation
- Excellent customer service and after sales service
- Professional with good business etiquette
- Knowledge how to Calculate fabric for Curtains etc
