**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- The ideal applicant will possess the following: -_

- Minimum Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.

- Valid Forklift Operator’s License.

- Ability to communicate, read and write in English.

- +/- 2-years’ experience in a Tyre Retread Plant will be an advantage.

- Tread preparation experience necessary.

- Keen to learn other tasks in the Tyre Retread Plant.

**JOB OUTPUTS**

- Tread cutting and preparation to pre-determined lengths and widths.

- Complete and update any tyre related control sheets.

- Complete and update any quality control related documentation.

- Assist at other Tyre Plant work stations when required.

- General cleaning of working area.

- Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations.

- Maintain tyre related hand tools and machines.

- Stock Control & Movement between raw material & production areas.

- Operate forklift in all Tyre Plant area.

- Knowledge of measuring instruments, i.e. measuring tape etc.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tyre Retreat Plant: 1 year (preferred)
