MSA Outsourcing Solutions is a South African based Company focused predominantly in staffing for USA based clients. We provide high caliber staff, filling various roles in a multitude of industries across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedient and everything is expected yesterday.

We are seeking a staffing coordinator with 5 years of experience, to work hand-in-hand with our USA based client, building and meeting their staffing goals and needs. As a rapidly growing and developing company, we need someone who is:

The functions of this role include but are not limited to:

- Using and refining existing customer service systems
- Overseeing a team of customer service agents
- Providing multi
- faceted support between MSA management, the agents, and the client
- Accurately tracking & reporting of department needs and success rates
- Monitoring time and attendance
- Daily reporting of overall team performance

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
Staff Management: 5 years (preferred)

Advanced Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)

Quality Assurance: 2 years (preferred)

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
