Labcorp Drug Development is looking to hire **Talent Sourcing Specialist** willing to join fascinating world of clinical research.

Your focus would be on our Clinical Development Commercialization Services business unit (CDCS), primarily liaising with talent in** South Africa and several other EMEA countries. **Working within this unit you will gain exposure to a broad range of recruitment projects and technologies within **Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical sector.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Executing Talent Sourcing process

**Education / Qualifications**:

- University diploma (Bachelor's level as a minimum)

**To become Talent Sourcer at Labcorp, we require**:

- High level of proficiency in oral and written English. Any additional European language will be a plus.
- Previous experience in sourcing / recruitment - in-house or agency.
