**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000 AUD per year (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Fabric Cutting and Layout: Measure, cut, and lay out fabric patterns ensuring mínimal waste and optimal use of materials.
- Furniture Assembly: Assemble upholstered furniture components, including frames, springs, and padding, to create finished products.
- Repair and Restoration: Perform repairs and restoration work on damaged or worn-out furniture, ensuring that the original design and quality are maintained.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to interpret and implement design specifications accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience as an Upholster, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in various upholstery techniques, fabric cutting, and furniture assembly.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work on various furniture styles and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and address issues independently.
