About Us: TLT Appointing provides recruitment serves via a team of specialist recruitment consultants in the following areas Finance, HR, IT & Telecommunications, Financial Services, Engineering, FMCG & Retail, Consulting & Professional Services, Public Sector, Executive Search
- As a Business Solutions Manager, you will play a leading role in the management of several strategic partnerships and will have responsibility for the smooth operation and the revenues associated with these. In addition to the management of certain existing relationships you will also be responsible for the identification and onboarding of new partners and several other growth related projects.
- This would include overseeing the end-to-end process from opportunity assessment and business case development to proposition development and contracting.
- This position will require you to work collaboratively with various departments across the organization.

**Qualifications**

Education**
- Relevant business bachelor’s degree in (Business, Finance, Economics etc)
- Honours or master’s degree preferable
- ** Experience**
- 7-10 years’ relevant experience
- Preferably in a management consulting, banking, financial services or deal making with experience in dealing with senior stakeholders.
