**Real Estate Agent**

The real estate agent’s job description is commonly made up of the following duties, tasks, and responsibilities:
**Key task and responsibilities**:

- Assist sellers and buyers in purchasing property
- Intermediate negotiation processes
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that will suit them
- Display and market property to buyers
- Prepare Offer to purchase agreements and mandates packs
- Viewings with potential clients
- Source properties to list for sale
- Attend training and meetings

**Requirements**:

- Senior certificate
- Own transport and valid driver’s license
- Proficient in MS Excel. Word and Outlook
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
- Passion for real estate
- Able to work after hours

**Competencies**:

- Organised and able to meet stick deadlines
- Must be able to fit into a high-pressure environment
- Excellent people, communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and deliver high quality work
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Excellent administrative skills
- Able to prioritise work accordingly

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durbanville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
