Our fleet, crafted to suit all party sizes and budgets, requires no license or prior boating experience, making it accessible to everyone. With guests from around the globe, including North America, Germany, and France, Le Boat operates in 9 countries with France's Canal du Midi as the most famous and popular cruising ground.
This is an all-encompassing, dynamic marketing role that brings together integrated marketing planning and project management, perfect for someone who is well organised with excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with a flexible hybrid pattern working 1-2 days a week in our Century City office.

**What you’ll do**:
- Partner with Head of Brand & Acquisition to develop a 12+ month strategic campaign calendar, aligning with key trading needs and seasonality.
- Support regional teams with ready-to-deploy campaigns and marketing materials during peak trading periods.
- Work with the Head of CRM to ensure campaigns drive retention and repeat bookings.
- Collaborate with the creative studio to develop compelling copy and assets that align with campaign goals.
- Drive proactive marketing planning, analysing trends, opportunities, and consumer demand.
- Monitor campaign budgets, track spend, and optimize strategies based on performance.
- Coordinate translations with external vendors and global teams to ensure high-quality localized materials.
- Support global marketing initiatives for an integrated marketing and communications approach.
- Work with Sales, Acquisition, CRO, SEO, and Web Engineering to optimize online sales and lead generation.
- Partner with Acquisition and CRO teams to test and refine marketing messages.
**Trade Marketing**
- Develop a trade marketing strategy in collaboration with Regional Marketing Managers, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Ensure trade partners use central assets effectively and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activity in key markets.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experienced marketer with proven all-rounder marketing knowledge.
- Strong planning and communication skills with experience working in a business that operates across multiple markets.
- Knowledge of brand strategy, customer insight, and campaign planning.
- Commercially aware with an analytical, results-driven approach.
- Skilled in managing complex projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in content production, including briefing and coordinating shoots.
- Diligent, organised, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in English essential, additional languages a plus.
