Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

- Holder of an NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in Maths Literacy and communication facilitation in NQF qualifications
- Teaching / facilitation qualification
- Business administration, IT and contact centre qualification fundamentals delivery experience
- E-Learning delivery experience
- Assessor skills and qualification
- Knowledge of special needs educational delivery
- POE development and learning evidence collection skills.
- Competitive administrative practice
- SETA registered an added advantage
- Moderator trained an added advantage

**Duties**:
Planning, Facilitation and administering SAQA qualifications fundamentals training processes:
The individual should be able to:

- Facilitate both online and blended learning to special needs, employed and unemployed youth of varied ability
- Facilitate fundamentals aligned to relevant qualification skill usage
- Carry out an integrated delivery of Unit Standards
- Administer training registers and practical simulated exposure
- Compile monthly reports
- Collect and review portfolios of learning evidence
- Design, monitor and deliver on the implementation plan.
- Provide learners with an understanding of the Industry they will be pursuing a career in.

Skills and personal qualities
- Be friendly, approachable and professional with team ethics
- Have a good background in the Business Administration training and delivery arena
- Be able to relate knowledge to everyday situations in a practical way.
- Be able of thinking analytically and recall detailed information ( especially when doing research, planning and administrative analysis.
- Be versatile in your delivery and have innovative ways to deliver to varied groups of learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month
