**_Responsibilities_**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Performing invoice processing primary review against set guidelines; _**

**_Investigating and resolving any invoice mismatches in the system or reject/return the invoices as per agreed procedure; _**

**_Invoice postings in SAP and Initiate Supplier Creation/Changes as per agreed procedure; _**

**_Accuracy and duplicate audit of data entry and invoices; _**

**_Vendor statement reconciliations and Manual accounts clearing; _**

**_Resolution of supplier’s queries, major discrepancies, vendor clarification with respect to rejected payments; _**

**_Preparation of payments due, timeously, per guidelines provided_**

**_Proficiency in English_**

**_Any Graduate (preferably in Commerce) would be advantageous_**

**_Accounting experience and relevant similar work experience in the field area _**

**_Work experience with an ERP system (advantage) _**

**_Knowledge on: SAP (advantage)_**
