To effectively administer and perform operations process activities that support Operations & the Operations Process Manager in mitigating risk and improving overall efficiencies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Extract / co-ordinate and submit information required by other Group areas namely: Turnover data for rentals department; Logistics, etc.
- Publish KPI reporting information where it is not automatically delivered
- Maintain branch & Field information across various stakeholders & systems e.g. BCMS; Key holders; contact details; inform SAP; Yoobic
- Maintain store & Field asset registers; EAS; Scanners; Tablets; Laptops; Cellphones
- Facilitate non-merchandise administration order/payment processes for Gift Cards; Rentokil etc - those not covered by Group services (via Coupa, SharePoint)
- Consolidate Credit Card statements on behalf of HoO
- Ordering for New Store Opening/Enlargement (stationery, compliance documents, etc)
- Support incident reporting process; initiate response activities with correct stakeholders; submit insurance claim details.
- Co-ordinating diary activities, meetings and bookings for Operations
- Vet, publish & or disseminate communication to Field & Stores as required & maintain the Brand Operations knowledge base via Yoobic and inTouch
- Distribute reports to necessary stakeholders.(Hanis, ect)
- Arrange services/requests (CCTV footage, Cash in Transit, RAM collections, Rentokil)
- Distribution of staff incentives
**Requirements**:
- The successful incumbent will have 2+ years’ experience in retail operations with a strong understanding of operational risk.
- A strong reporting background, with at least 2+ years’ experience using Excel
Competencies and behaviour for success:
- The individual will need to be able to engage and manage multiple stakeholders
- It is imperative that the individual manage documentation/record keeping accurately
- Good numerical ability when working under pressure
- Deadline driven
