- Minimum RequirementsAn appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Social Science, Humanities, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Public and Business Management Sciences or related; A minimum of 3 years management level experience in an Organisational Development or related environment; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

- RemunerationAll-inclusive salary package of R 849 702 per annum (Salary Level 11).
