**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
- Experience or knowledge of valves, pipes, fittings and flanges and other steel related products.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a highly skilled sales and technical team and maintain / strengthen customer relationships.
- Organic growth of the business and exploring new markets and / or industries.
- Adapt to strategic shifts or new market trends and realign the business.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team capabilities

**Operational Management**
- Oversee day-to-day operations including sales, manufacturing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Implement operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and customer service.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
- Ensure good corporate governance, manage risks and full accountability over controllable expenses and revenue generation.
- Manage performance, conduct reviews, and support career development.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction levels.
