Are you immediately available, very well groomed with excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English? Can you work shifts, and do you have your own vehicle (or reliable private transport) to get to and from CPT International Airport?

Our client in the car rental industry requires your ability to communicate well with clients, manage the administration portfolio successfully and assist all round with requirements within the branch.

Hours: Vary with shifts: Monday to Friday, and alternate weekends (5am - 2pm and 1pm - 10 pm).

R7 500 (Dependent on experience, Negotiable).

**Requirements**:

- Matric,
- Unendorsed driver’s license essential
- Own vehicle essential
- Very well groomed with excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Proven track record in front line professional customer dealings
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced, pressurized environment

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing administration portfolio
- Updating of the data base
- Dealing with colleagues and their requirements at the branch
- Face to face dealing with customers
- Assisting other departments with special requests
- Ensure the company standards are always met
