Workshop manager uploads content of inspection sheet, that has been signed off by the driver on VMG system.
- Workshop manager books in the vehicle on their stock sheet.
- Keys, service books, etc. (all times handed in by driver) to be kept in a safe by the workshop management who is liable/responsible for its safekeeping until it is handed over to stock controller.
- Full vehicle inspection to be conducted by workshop manager.
- Info stickers for jacks, spanners, etc. to be fitted into windscreen.
- Workshop manager obtains approval from Ayman on which repairs to be done.
- Quotes to be obtained by the workshop manager for approved repairs and taken to Ayman for signed approval.
- Workshop manager to assign a vehicle to the workshop and panel beaters as per approved repairs.
- Workshop manager to conduct a quality control check on the vehicle upon completion of approved repairs.
- Workshop manager sends the vehicle for roadworthy test.
- If the vehicle passed roadworthy, delivery fuel is filled (R300). If a vehicle fails roadworthy, no fuel is filled. Get a signed approval from Ayman for failed faults, repairs as per approval, resend for roadworthy and delivery fuel.
- Workshop manager will send the vehicle to wash bay, need to appoint 1 x person in washbay who keeps a daily register of the vehicles washed daily and ensure there is an order number for every vehicle washed.
**Salary**: From R20,000.00 per month
