Our client, a fast-growing property management firm, is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic **Assistant** **Property Manager** with efficient management skills.

**Requirements**:

- A **Degree **will be beneficial.
- At least 2 to 3 years’ working experience in Property is essential.
- Working knowledge of property regulations.
- A good work ethic is very important.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Understanding of marketing.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good customer service.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Property Management Duties**
- **Accounts**
- Ensuring quarterly accounts are sent;
- Liaising with Urang accountant for invoices and payments;
- Confirming funds and arranging invoices and payments for AST floats, lettings commissions, sales commissions and management instructions.
- **Lettings, Sales**
- Arranging contracts between agents and landlords;
- Arranging keys and access;
- Confirming potential tenants/buyers with landlords;
- Completing the process of a sale or letting and obtaining Urang commissions into the correct Urang account.
- **Advanced management**
- Receiving guests at Advanced Management properties;
- Carrying out inspections and day to day maintenance.
- **General Property Management**
- Various arrangement of attendance/inspections to properties for remedial work and reviews;
- To provide access to workmen/consultants where necessary;
- Booking maintenance jobs when necessary.

Salary offered: R15000 - R25000 per month (depending on experience).

Starting date: As soon as possible.
