Who are we?

We a young, dynamic, international startup that creates engaging animated learning videos and translates this content into any language to democratise education and give access to everyone. We mainly work with creative clients and social organisations, e.g. creating agriculture training videos with Fintrac in an effort to solve hunger and poverty.

Role Description

We are looking for an organised and motivated project manager to support our efforts in projects that we’re working on.

Workloads will vary week to week, but on a typical day/week you might be; updating clients on project statuses on a conference call, working out schedules with animators around the globe, liaising with voice over artists and uploading project files to Dropbox/Google Drive.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant project management experience
- Experience of managing animated video projects remotely
- Interest in working with social organisations especially in providing education to countries where it’s needed.
- Comfort level and ability to work across multiple client accounts daily, often times alternating between tasks as priorities dictate.
- High degree of competency with planning, organising and prioritising
- Has a personal computer and mobile
- Diligent about meeting deadlines and thoroughly completing tasks
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge and interest in video production and animation
- Ability to learn how to work with new software quickly
- Knowledge and interest in other departments such as marketing, design, social media, business development and sales
- Familiar with online project management tools such as Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox etc.

**Salary**: R22,000.00 per month
