**Position Responsibilities**
- Managing investment pipelines;
- Assisting with origination and negotiation of investments;
- Drafting of investment term sheets;
- Due diligence of prospective investees, including, _inter alia, _detailed financial analysis, management meetings and arranging third party due diligence;
- Preparation of screening memos and investment memos;
- Working with legal counsel to negotiate final investment agreements;
- Working with internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting fund raising; and
- Support the growth of the fund business, including overall.
**Position Requirements**

Core technical skills:
Financial institutions analysis; Mezzanine or structured credit investing; and Impact investing.
