**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Understand products
- Invoice finished products.
- To market the company to existing and new clients.
- Check for substitutes/alternatives for stock that can be picked for the MO/Project.
- Match Purchase Order (PO) details against MO details to check:
- Alternatives procured but not on the MO.
- Client MOQ is not on the BOM.
- Quantity differences between PO and MO.
- Attend weekly planning meetings and assist with WIP counts and project progress tracking.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
- Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
**Required Minimum Qualifications**
- 3-year Project Management Qualification
- 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
**Salary**:R 500 000.00 - R 540 000.00 per annum
