Receptionist/administrator

The organisation is seeking a receptionist that has immaculate attention to detail and can work in a high-pressured environment. Set individual should be client orientated, focused, compassionate, and diversity sensitive. The receptionist must have at least 2 years of work experiences as a Receptionist, must have phone etiquette, basic computer skills and operate MS word package.
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 and admin/receptionist certificate
- Frontline experience
**Responsibilities**
Client Orientation
Filling out paperwork
Photocopying and printing of documents
Client Bookings
Operating the switchboard
Assisting with Requesting of documents from clients
Recording client on the database
Maintain a clean and efficient work area
Data Capturing on different system
Working with daily Reports and sending them out each day to management
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
