**About the role**:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is currently in search of a dynamic Senior Event and Entertainment Manager for a vibrant cultural and tourism hub nestled in the picturesque Western Cape. **Key Accountabilities**:

- Strategic planning and leadership skills to ensure alignment of events, digital campaigns, and marketing communication to deliver impactful experiences.
- Develop and implement Event and Entertainment strategies that resonates with business objectives, that incorporate the industry trends to foster innovation and enhance event experiences.
- Management of internal and external Stakeholder relationship, identifying sponsorable opportunities, and collaborating with procurement for optimal supplier selection.
- Translate business strategies into comprehensive plans, efficiently coordinate resources for successful execution, and ensuring compliance with regulations while mitigating risks.
- Monitor and managing event budgets efficiently, maximising budget impact for marketing ROI, and ensuring adherence to financial processes while optimizing resources.
- Evaluate program performance, prepare detailed post-campaign reports, and conduct ROI analysis to drive continuous improvement in event impact and brand health.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through effective communication and coaching, fostering a culture of shared learning and collaboration across marketing teams, and maintaining quality standards to create a positive work environment.

**Background, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Over 8+ years of experience in managing high-end events
- B. Comm Marketing Degree
