Finance Graduate Internship

**Job Purpose**:
The Finance Management Assistant supports the finance department with day-to-day financial operations. This role assists in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, processing transactions, and supporting budgeting and auditing processes to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Capture financial data in accounting systems (QuickBooks)
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash
- Support the preparation for internal and external audits
- Assist with payroll administration where required
- Monitor and track financial transactions and assist in variance analysis
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Ensure all financial practices are in line with organizational policies and statutory regulations
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
