Point S Bruma is a family owned Tyre and Auto Centre that opened in October 2022. Our one stop shop which is geared towards customer satisfaction (developing and maintaining long relationships with our customers), we offer the following products and services:

- Tyres, Balancing, Wheel alignment, rim repair and or rim replacement
- Exhausts, brakes, shocks, suspension repair, CV Joints and Bull Bars, Tow-bars and Air conditioning
- Car Service both major and minor

Other key competencies:

- Be well-groomed and presentable.
- Be fully bilingual as we have a broad customer base
- Be able to work well as part of a sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
- Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services

**Experience**:

- 5 years of SALES EXPERIENCE in the Motor Industry specifically related to our scope of work listed below:

- Tyres, Balancing, Wheel alignment rim repair and or rim replacement
- Exhausts, brakes, shocks, suspension repair, CV Joints and Bull Bars, Tow-bars and Air conditioning
- Car Service both Major and minor
- Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook (Training will be provided for the operating software we use for processing sales)

Remuneration:
Basic monthly salary negotiable depending on experience and skill set as well as monthly sales incentives based on Sales and GP achieved

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm
- Saturdays and Public Holidays: 7:30am to 1pm
