- Inbound calls:

- Attend to incoming customer calls
- Process Income Verification (IV):

- Verify and capture the information provided on the customer’s personal documents (ID, statements etc.)
- General Application Support:

- Administration:

- Assist the New Business department and various operational teams where required by providing administrative and customer support

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum of 1 year experience in New Business
