We sell products, and those products find their way onto our website courtesy of our highly skilled Sales Team. Sometimes they need a second eye to ensure deal and product quality is up to OneDayOnly standards.

We're looking for an individual that is meticulous, has an astounding memory, and has a hawk's eye for detail.

What are we looking for?

**Responsibilities include**:

- Monitor and ensure consistency and accuracy across the platform with respect to product listings, actual products, and all the rules and processes involved;
- Develop and implement a quality control process and framework for products and listings;
- Report on trends and opportunities for performance improvements and engage appropriate stakeholders to share insights;
- Allocate appropriate time and skillset resources for deep-dive investigations and actionable insights around specific performance areas;
- Mitigate business and customer risk exposure through the identification and eradication of issues relating to people, processes, and technology;
- Drive improvement in quality performance via team coaching, insight outputs, and working with the Sales Team to ensure delivery of KPIs;
- Work closely with leadership and the team to ensure that day-to-day quality expectations and requirements are executed on time and to a high standard;
- Ensure mistakes and discrepancies in product listings are minimized and mitigated;
- Work with data from multiple brands and products and be able to interpret this information to make informed decisions;

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Tertiary education;
- Computer literacy at an advanced level;
- Proficient in Microsoft office suits, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint (and the Google suits equivalents);
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality management or a related field;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality control processes and frameworks.
